Lung Cancer ASCO 2026 Highlights: LIBRETTO-432, CROWN Update, CHRYSALIS-2, HARMONi-6

- CROWN 7yr Update: seven-year progression-free survival results with lorlatinib in ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer and the associated side effects.
- CHRYSALIS-2: exciting findings regarding amivantamab for atypical EGFR mutations and its potential to become the new standard of care.
- HARMONi-6: dual-headed drug ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy in metastatic squamous cell lung cancer and its intriguing results.
We also touched on the importance of molecular testing for all patients, regardless of stage or histology, and highlighted the latest updates on tarlatamab in small cell lung cancer.
